  A totally incompetent and thoroughly useless customer service culture abounds in this excuse for a business.
  A rifle was entrusted to them for shipping interstate, the rifle was in their possession for 4 weeks, it was only when the seller inquired about it that the store management revealed that the rifle had not been shipped. The store management blamed casual staff and offered no apology. Do not trust your firearms to these impostors or give any business to them.
