Spare parts saleswoman lazy and doesn't give a rats...

Called in on the 14th April 2017to get a quote for a part for my car, and was told that I would have to provide the vin. I asked the woman to check it out, she said it was going to be a job for her collegue and that she would call me back. I not recieve a call back, so I went in today 28/4/17 to try again. This time a taller woman was more helpful in coming out to the car and taking the vin down, she said she would check it out and call back with a price. I called about an hour and a half later to see how she went and spoke to the other one this time, who very casually told me the price and that it would have to come from overseas. She made no apology for the lack of customer service. I requested a call back, and that is what I expected. I asked for an email to be sent with a picture of the part so that I could be assured that it was indeed what I was after, no email arrived. The spares parts people in this place need a serious shake up, small town talk travels fast, and I will never buy from this place as they obviously don"t care about the $650 part sale they threw away.

Best service I have ever received! Great team effort. Love dealing with a company that is helpful from the deal of the vehicle right through to the staff in service and spare parts.
